Politics still affects employment

Henry

Roberts

THE EDITOR, Madam:

I WOULD like to speak to Martin Henry's piece, "Is the JUTC a PNP-affiliate?" Mr. Henry seems to be in an apoplectic and imbalanced state at Danny Robert's assertion, inter alia, that "I am going to defend PNP for a fourth term before Minister, man and God."

While I am partial to the party in office, I do not believe there is any unpoliticised vacuum existing in government employment in Jamaica today. If Martin Henry believes otherwise, he is either naive or resides in Zimbabwe or the Congo.

Danny Roberts is only venting his pent-up plentitude of puerile exuberance to unsuspecting amateurs. Ignore him, Martin. Go write about the philosophy of man. I will be a traveller on this journey.

I am etc.,
