Negotiating is for the professionals

All is well that ends well. Kudos to the security forces and authorities for a job well done!
When the prime minister reviews the lapses and recommends changes, there is one he should consider seriously; the PM should never be involved in negotiations with hijackers. Leave that to the professionals.
Great job getting relatives and friends involved.
