Young talented cooks from schools across Jamaica are invited to enter the Bigga/Gleaner Seafood Cook-Off from now until July 10.
RULES
Submit one original seafood recipe using Jamaican herbs and spices. Only one entry is allowed per contestant. Mail or email entry and recipe to The Gleaner by Wednesday of each week for publication. If selected you will be notified in the Food section of The Gleaner every Thursday. The four finalists selected will match their cooking skills at the Bigga Little Ochi Seafood Carnival on July 13.
