THE INAUGURAL Reggae Academy Awards, held on February 24 at the National Indoor Sports Centre in Kingston, is the latest attempt to properly recognise the achievements of local musicians. Entertainment attorney, Lloyd Stanbury, was the man behind the event which saw singer Tarrus Riley walking away with four awards.
