#JamaicaGleaner MARCH 26, 2024: House Speaker Juliet Holness on Tuesday allowed the tabling of two reports from the Auditor General, essentially for now ending a stand-off between the two offices over the tabling of reports on public bodies… The Auditor General has verified allegations that a sitting Member of Parliament, through his private company, bought a commercial building in Annotto Bay, St Mary in his constituency which was later rented to the Tax Administration Jamaica for approximately $700,000 per month… Finance Minister Dr Nigel Clarke ripped into Opposition Leader Mark Golding today, accusing him of undermining his own spokespersons for political mileage… Controversial Member of Parliament Everald Warmington has withdrawn his resignation as a member of the leadership of the ruling
