Oracabessa eyes Irish moss market

#JamaicaGleaner #FishSanctuary APRIL 20, 2021: Riding on the back of a positive rating from the National Environment and Planning Agency (NEPA) for its 2020 performance, the Oracabessa Bay Fish Sanctuary has started construction of a sea urchin nursery and is mulling over the establishment of an Irish moss farm.
