Mayor of Kingston Delroy Williams told the Gleaner that the Kingston and St Andrew Municipal Corporation (KSAMC) cares for the homeless and explained that the aim is not just to feed them on a daily basis, as he is quite confident that many of them, with the right guidance can lead normal lives.
