JDF Lieutenant Colonel David Cummings, says an "elaborate and fully functional" surveillance system and a tunnel, were discovered in Tivoli Gardens during the May 2010 operation ...The guild of students at the Mona campus of the UWI says it is now very concerned about security on campus following an attack on a student on Monday.
