A British bride bought her dream wedding on eBay for US$81.
Colette Palin saved a fortune on her special day by bagging her perfect reception venue on the auction website for just a fraction of the usual cost.
For US$81, the 25-year-old newly-wed and her husband Lee Clark had a champagne reception, a sit-down three-course meal, wine for 35 guests and a buffet for 50 at Telford's Buckatree Hall.
They decided to bid on the package after a last minute cancellation and were shocked to learn they had been the highest bidders.
Colette said: "When I got a call to say I had won, I couldn't believe it!"
