In a world of paupers and princes, vagabonds and kings, fools and ..., there are people who believe they are larger than life, created specially by the one up above for men and women to fall at their feet and adore them.

Tyrants have walked the Earth for centuries and they ruled as if they would reign forever. But, alas! They all were vanquished by the great equaliser, death. Yet, other fools and despots have risen to fill the spheres of megalomania left by bitter predecessors.

Now, in 'the land of the free and the home of the brave' are a plethora of people who believe they are the centre of the universe, stars they call themselves. Everything and everybody must revolve around them, praising them, adoring them. They have been idolised, worshipped and put on pedestals by people who are full of low self-esteem themselves.

These demigods feed daily on the adoration and when it is not enough they turn to self-adoration, and in the process become crass and miserable. In one eternal love affair they are with themselves. Then they rant and rage, throwing childish tantrums if things are not given to them, and if the recognition that they need to survive is not forthcoming. And so it is with that man-child of a rapper from the West, in a world of his own, whose only regret in life is that he cannot see himself perform live.

Yet, in that same land is a man of great stature, adored the world over for his humility, brains and swagger, his historic ascendancy. He's no tyrant, no egotist, but he's human. And at a time when everybody was sounding off, he, not being one to mince words, was doing a little-behind-the-back suss. But the high technology, which he's so accustomed to using, caught him, and the news was out in a jiffy. What everybody had always wanted to say publicly was now out in the open. He said the egomaniac was a 'jackass', and he was not talking about his predecessor.
