THE FIVE accused, including two women, who are charged with the murder of 28-year-old financial analyst Jaimie Lue are to be tried in the Home Circuit Court on November 9.

They are labourers André West, Dwayne Owens and Ryan Wilson, as well as Treshaune Spence and Chevaughn Gibson.

Spence and Gibson are on bail, but the men were remanded until Tuesday when bail applications will be made for them.

The trial date was set yesterday when they appeared before Senior Puisne Judge Marva McIntosh.

The Crown is alleging that Lue was abducted in 2005 and forced to hand over his debit cards.

Reports are that the cards were used to make withdrawals at automated banking machines.

Lue was subsequently shot dead by his abductors.

Investigations by the police led to the arrests of the five accused.
