Parents and friends of Monique Hines gathered to celebrate her sweet 16 birthday at a fabulous party in Ironshore, Montego Bay, last Saturday night. See details in Sunday's Outlook. St Elizabeth came to Boon Hall Oasis in St Andrew yesterday as part of its pre-homecoming week of activities later this year.
