For her husband's health care speech to Congress on Wednesday night, first lady Michelle Obama chose a "chic, modern skirt suit, quite similar to the many fashion forward skirt suits worn by Jackie Kennedy during her years as first lady. The jacket of the suit has detailed seam work and bracelet length sleeves. The jacket closes with a bow tie and is adorned with one of Michelle's signature jewelled brooches. Her stylish and elegant look features a kick pleat skirt in the inviting colour of dusty rose".
