Sexy ice cream

An ice cream which gets you in the mood for sex has been created in the UK.

The Sex Pistol, dubbed vice cream, will be available from London store Selfridges when pop-up ice cream boutique The Icecreamists opens in September.

The cold treat has ingredients including gingko, biloba, arginine and guarana as well as a shot of the intoxicating La Fee Absinthe.

The ice cream will only be served to customers over 18 and each consumer is only allowed one in every visit.

The Icecreamists' founder, Matt O'Connor, says that it's "the perfect apres shopping treat. Just one Sex Pistol will leave you feeling energised and confident - but please, don't pester the staff!"

Serving sauce

A group of US prisoners are selling their own sauce from jail.

Inmates at the minimum-security Hillsborough County Jail have made US$10,000 from their Jailhouse Fire Hot Sauce which they market at US$7 for each bottle.

The recipe was first created in 2005 and since then has evolved to three different spice levels, Original, Smoke and the mind-blowing No Escape.

The condiments have been made from peppers grown at the prison and their income has been ploughed back into the money-maker, to maintain their greenhouse and fund basic supplies.

Weeping women

British women spend 16 months of their lives crying.

A survey of over 3,000 people has revealed females will cry for over 12,000 hours between birth and the age of 78.

Teenage girls cry for approximately 2 hours 13 minutes a week, the same number of tears as a heartbroken woman in her 20s.

The poll, which was conducted by www.TheBabyWebsite.com, says the biggest tear-jerker for women aged between 19 and 25 is watching a sad movie, being dumped, losing a loved one, indecision about a long-term relationship or having a baby.

Meanwhile women over 26 are most likely to blub over a soppy film, a fall out with a loved one, the death of someone close to them, feeling tired or hearing someone else's bad news.
