The Fraud Squad has been called in to investigate the president of the College of Agriculture Science and Education (CASE), Dr Paul Ivey.

Last night, chairman of the school board, Dr Cecil Goodridge, would not comment on the circumstances leading to the development, but confirmed a probe was under way.

"As chairman, I cannot comment until I get a report from the Fraud Squad," Goodridge said.

Ivey also reserved comments. He said he was not able to speak because he was yet to receive written information from the CASE Board in respect of alleged wrongdoing.
