Precious commodity going to waste

The Editor, Sir:
Daily I drive through the Waterhouse area only to see the precious commodity, water, going to waste. This has been going on for months. What is the National Water Commission (NWC) doing about this? Please do something about this, NWC. This is off the Henley Road area, which runs off Spanish Town Road.
