Organisers of the Jamaica Central (JAMCEN) Health and Wellness Expo are expecting a large turn-out tomorrow and Sunday, March 28 and 29, for the event.

It will be held on the grounds of the Southern Regional Health Authority, 3 Brumalia Road in Mandeville, starting at 10 a.m. each day.

For only $400 for adults and $200 for children, you can get a wealth of information that is vital for these difficult times.

Learn more about backyard gardening, cooking 'green' to prevent cancer; juicing vegetables, weight loss, coping with job loss, diabetes and complications, the importance of colon therapy and coping with Alzheimer's.

There will be free blood pressure checks, discounted pap smears and mammograms and ECG tests will be done at half price.

JAMCEN'S two-day wellness expo is sponsored, in part, by Power 106 and Music 99FM.
