Published: Sunday | January 4, 2009

Freddie Jackson, American rhythm and blues singer gave a stunning performance last Sunday, at Beres Hammond's, 'A Moment in Time' show held at the National Stadium in St Andrew.
When Outlook caught up with Jackson after the show, he revealed that he was currently working on a new CD and a cookbook. His cookbook, which is called Freddie 30 to Romance, is a compilation of 30 of his songs with recipes added, for example: Rock With Me Tonight has a shellfish dish and Jam Tonight has recipes of pastries and jams.

FJ: Nigeria, I learnt a lot. When I visited I realised that their democracy is so strict. I thought New York was rough, but going to Nigeria I found out otherwise. There is a lot of guns in Nigeria and I would like to see fewer guns.
