Funeral for Byron Balfour today

Balfour

The funeral for Montego Bay-based journalist and public relations consultant Byron Balfour is to be held today at the Blessed Sacrament Church, City Centre, Montego Bay in St James, beginning at 9 a.m. with musical tributes from Cabot Paul, Paul Hurlock and Karen Smith, together with the Montego Bay Boys' and Girls' Club Band. The official ser-vice will begin at 10 a.m. with tributes from Lloyd B. Smith, chairman of Western Mirror, Winston Dear, acting custos of St James, and P.J. Patter-son, former prime minister of Jamaica.

Everyone is asked to be seated by 8:45 a.m.
