Bigger, better 'Stars R Us'
published: Friday | November 14, 2008

Marvin Pitterson, promoter of Stars R Us, says patrons should expect a wonderful outing at the event this weekend.

"It will be something to remember. We are, and have been the premiere vintage show ... and we will dedicate this show to the late Alton Ellis, who performed on at least 15 stage shows for us," Pitterson said.

According to Pitterson, the event, which will be held at the Cable and Wireless Golf Academy, New Kingston on Saturday, will be bigger and better and persons are to come out and enjoy themselves.

Proceeds from the event will go towards a charity and the event features top vintage artistes like Ken Boothe, Leroy Sibbles, Derrick Morgan, Leroy Parkes and We The People.
