It's no surprise, The Gleaner's Man of the Year for 2008 is triple gold medal winner Usain Bolt! Congratulations to all the winners in the award categories.

Maxine Simpson took time out from her day of fasting and prayer for her children to come and collect the Gleaner Honour Award for sports on behalf of her her daughter, Olympian Shelly-Ann Fraser, OD.
