My down time with Cameal Davis
published: Sunday | October 19, 2008

This songbird is the first female winner of Digicels Rising Stars contest. Her life was forever changed when she was announced the 2008 winner on October 3. Since then, she is back to her day job at the Ministry of National Security, but thats the only thing that has not changed. Currently working on her first single, we caught up with Cameal Davis to find out how she spends her downtime.

Last interesting place youve visited

Mystic Mountain in St Ann. It was so thrilling and out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

What book are you currently reading, or the last one youve read?

I still love reading, especially Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew series. Last book I read was Macka Diamonds Bun Him.

What is your favourite CD, or one you are listening to right now?

Im currently listening to my first single that will be released soon. But I love Whitney Houston and Yolanda Adams. Recently got Whitney Houstons Greatest Hits, volumes one and two.
