Writing on the wall
published: Wednesday | October 1, 2008

This is the first thing that one notices at the office of JNBS community banking division offices at Duke Street, Kingston, a wall with quotations.

"It is a support mechanism," says Philip Bernard, general manager, community banking. "We work on deadlines, projects and the wall is a reminder that we need to push to see ourselves through."

The quotations on the wall were the brainchild of the community banking team when they were planning the interiors of the office. "It was something unique, which would leave an impression on the minds," Bernard says.

"We push and achieve," he says. "It is a source of inspiration for the team,"

Bernard says the wall not only inspires the team but is a reminder to the visitors
