No promotion

2. Seems like the plan to promote the talented young one has run into a snag. Those in charge thought his promotion would be a shoo-in, but it seems like there are those who are questioning his academic qualifications.

Is he returning?

3. Some see politics behind the decision to send the principal off on leave, even though the official report says otherwise. There is a new man now in place in an acting capacity, but the absence of the principled one is causing disquiet. His staffers want to know just when will he be returning to his job.

Where is park madam?

4. The most frequently asked question these days is: "Where is the trailer-park madam?"

Family fortune

5. Her taste for champagne seems to have led to the squandering of the family fortune. Things have got so bad, she recently had to take a job at Walmart as a coat checker. Plans are for her to go back to school to learn computer skills in order to return to the job market.

Cash schemes

6. Friends are saying that he was suicidal, as, to recoup after his manufacturing business went south, he sold the family home, moved into a rented flat, and through an intermediary, put all the funds from the sale into one of the cash schemes. Now, questions have arisen as to just how much of the money, if any, was actually deposited by the intermediary.

Not in finishing school

7. People thought she was off to finishing school in Europe, but we gather that her mother tracked her down to a nightclub in Berlin where she was the featured act.

How come?

8. She is seeking answers from the photographer as she wants to know how pictures from her photo-shoot ended up in a racy lingerie catalogue.

Airline business

9. Why the rush to sell Air Jamaica if we will have to pay other airlines to fly here?

Poor Bolt

10. Poor Usain! After a 12-hour flight, having to endure another six-hour talk shop and then have it repeated the next day by duelling profilers was way too much!
