On behalf of The Gleaner Company we would like to thank all the sponsors, artistes, the entertainment fraternity, media, dancers, selectors and the patrons who came out to support our Olympic Party, held last Saturday on the grounds of The Gleaner Company, 7 North Street, Kingston.

Our sponsors were Fruta, Digicel, Wray and Nephew, Red Bull, Best Dressed Chicken, Honey Bun, Magnum and Ricky Trooper, who played in the VIP room. Caterers were The Pegasus Hotel and KFC, who made the Flair Magazine's VIP room a smash hit. Entertainers, such as STAR Artiste of the Month Elephant Man, Shane O, Voicemail, Stacious, Konshens, Spice, D 'Angel, Macka Diamond, Queen Paula, Chuck Fenda, the final seven Digicel Rising Stars contestants, Prestige, Christopher Martin, To-Isis, Wayne Marshall and Etana, performed.

Dancers

The dancers included Ravers Clavers, Sophia Squire, Black Blingaz, Timeless, Sample Six, Ice, Shelly Belly, Stomp Di Yaad, Suburb Squad and Keiva.

The families of Shelly-Ann Fraser, Veronica Campbell-Brown, Melaine Walker, Sherone Simpson and Germaine Gonzalez, a representative of MVP Track Club and KC Graham (high school coach of Kerron Stewart and Melaine Walker) also came out and gave their support.

Also special thanks to Miss Jamaica World (2008) Brittany Lyons, the sound system Super C, selectors Area Code 876, Coppershot, and our two lovely hostesses, Nikki Z and Miss Kitty.
