ROVING WITH LALAH FEEDBACK
published: Tuesday | August 5, 2008

The following are feedback letters to our very popular weekly feature Roving with Lalah which is written by Robert Lalah and appears every Thursday. Be sure to look out for another adventure this week!

What was the black thing?

Dear Robert:

I'm a true 'fraidy cat' and this story had me frightened at first, but then I was laughing out loud uncontrollably and holding my belly ... FUNNY! I still want to know what the black, furry thing was.

- F.D.

Funny!

Dear Robert:

The story FUNNY gone a lead. All now I'm still laughing! It's now 7:50 p.m. and believe me when I tell you that I had a very bad day whole day long, but this story was just the right remedy, man. You make me looking forward to a good weekend right now. Thank you, man.

- F.

Very interesting

Dear Robert:

I was reading The Gleaner when I came across your article. I read your section regularly and it is always very interesting. I learn a great deal about many of the places in Jamaica, some of which I have never heard of.

Don't want to be biased (as I am from that parish) but I enjoyed reading about our journey to St Ann's Bay. You continue to cleverly highlight some of the little things that make Jamaica and its people truly unique. Thank you for the smiles and laughter that you bring through your articles. Congrats on your successes and keep up the good work.

- L.C.

Good work

Dear Robert:

I have to say I find your stories very entertaining and informative.

Each time I visit the Gleaner website I have to read your articles.

Keep up the good work.

- D.B.

Refreshing

Dear Robert:

Living away from home, I must tell you how refreshing your articles are. They are fun and they tend to hit the spot on the laughter side. The articles are very informative and they have brought some hidden places to my attention, and now I am a bit curious to check them out when I come home again.
