What was the black thing?

I'm a true 'fraidy cat' and this story had me frightened at first, but then I was laughing out loud uncontrollably and holding my belly ... FUNNY! I still want to know what the black, furry thing was.

Very interesting

I was reading The Gleaner when I came across your article. I read your section regularly and it is always very interesting. I learn a great deal about many of the places in Jamaica, some of which I have never heard of.
Don't want to be biased (as I am from that parish) but I enjoyed reading about our journey to St Ann's Bay. You continue to cleverly highlight some of the little things that make Jamaica and its people truly unique. Thank you for the smiles and laughter that you bring through your articles.
