ONE OF two men wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of Inspector Marlon Harper was on Monday morning fatally shot and a firearm taken from him.

Dead is Deagreon Bryan, otherwise called 'Ricky', 26, of Queens-borough Drive, Kingston 19.

According to information released by the Constabulary Communication Network, about 7:50 a.m., the team carried out a special operation in Queensborough.

Bryan allegedly challenged the police and a shoot-out ensued, after which he was found suffering from gunshot wounds. A 9mm pistol, serial number PT915, with three rounds of ammunition, was reportedly taken from him.
