The question is sometimes asked: What's in a name? And to that I say a lot. Changing the names of some of these communities would signal a shift in our willingness to change from being tough to becoming more humble and show kindness towards each other.

Changing the name of a community won't change the people overnight but it will tell them that a change is coming. Language and words used in the right way can bring about change in people that is why the pen is mightier than the sword.
