Little Ochi Seafood Carnival is coming!

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the popular Little Ochi Seafood Carnival, set to take place on July 20 in Alligator Pond, Manchester.

The highlights of this year's carnival include a cook-off competition and the establishment of the Alligator Pond Education Fund. The latter will enable one student from the community to attend a tertiary institution.

Everald Christian, popularly known as 'Blackie', the driving force behind the popular south coast seafood spot, will match his culinary skills with chefs from across the Caribbean and the United States, and food editors will be on hand to capture it all.

The Gleaner-sponsored Little Ochi Seafood Carnival event is now a calendar event and as is expected, the entire family can travel to Alligator Pond and enjoy the day.
