The Editor, Sir:
On Friday, April 25, there was a stage show at Constant Spring football field - right next to the police station. I live in Stony Hill - three miles away - and was unable to sleep because of the noise which went on till at least 3 a.m.
Clear rule
I would like to ask the following questions: Why do they have to play the music so loud that it can be heard three miles away? Why are they allowed to contravene the law which clearly states that loud music must be turned down at midnight and turned off at 2 a.m?
I am, etc.,
