Campbell, Williams
Jamaica's Veronica Campbell- Brown and American Lauryn Williams are set to renew their rivalry at the Reebok Grand Prix on May 31 in New York, as preparations for the Beijing Olympics heat up.
According to meet organisers, another bumper crowd is expected and they are in the process of upgrading the stadium's capacity.
In 14 clashes between the two, Campbell-Brown has recorded 11 victories, one at last year's meet when she won in 10.93 seconds. Williams was fourth in 11.11.
In Championship events, both shared two World Championships titles, Williams winning in Helsinki in 2005 while Campbell-Brown won last year in Osaka, Japan.
Campbell-Brown's victory, however, was the closest in World Championships history, as both were clocked in 11.01.
Three goal target
Campbell-Brown, the reigning Olympic Games 200m champion, is targeting three goal medals - 100m, 200m and 4x100m - in Beijing this summer.
She is set to launch her seasonal campaign at the Jamaica's Inter-national Invitational on Saturday, May 3, at the National Stadium.
Campbell-Brown was the fastest woman in 2007 having clocked 10.89 seconds to land the 100m title at Jamaica's National Champion-ships in June.
