Stem Tech: Cell repair in a supplement
published: Monday | April 14, 2008

Keisha Shakespeare-Blackmore, Staff Reporter

Stem cell research has been making headlines a lot lately. That is so because stem cells have the potential to develop into many different cell types in the body. Serving as a sort of repair system for the body, they theoretically can divide without limit to replenish other cells as long as the person or animal is still alive.

Launch

Stem Tech Health Sciences Inc is an American-based company that has created the supplement, Stem Enhancer. Responding to many requests, the company decided to open a branch in Jamaica which was launched at the Jamaica Pegasus hotel on Sunday, April 6.

At the launch, users of the products noted that it has worked wonders for them. One woman said that she had lost some of her bodily functions which made even holding an egg a hard task. However, since she began taking Stem Enhancer, she felt like her old self again.

Also, an elderly man testified that before taking the product, he could not manage to dress himself. But, since he began using the product, he has been able to do so.

First of its kind

The Stem Tech experts told potential customers that the product is the first of its kind and has been clinically tested. They said it is a natural botanical extract that supports wellness by helping the body to maintain healthy stem cell physiology. They said that the product has been a big hit among the American baby boomer generation.

The product is currently in six other countries and has gained popularity because of the growth of the wellness industry.

Since inception, Stem Tech Jamaica has donated funds to the Mustard Seed Communities and Special Olympics Jamaica.
