C&WJ drops '10/8' plan - Introduces single-rate structure
published: Sunday | March 23, 2008

Starting April 1, Cable and Wireless Jamaica will eliminate differentiated rates for peak and off-peak bmobile calls to cellular phones and fixed lines on the C&WJ network, and will introduce a 'one-rate' plan of $8 per minute, the company said.

Additionally, bmobile calls to other networks will cost $12 per minute at any time of day.

The new structure replaces the full suite of 'Anyone' plans that billed calls at $10 peak and $8 off peak.

Calls to overseas will now be billed at $15 per minute, down from $18.
