Gunmen murder 11, attack police station in Guyana
At least 11 persons were shot and killed in the east coast village of Lusignan by unknown gunmen who also attacked the police Tactical Services Unit (TSU) leaving two officers wounded, police confirmed yesterday.

CDB predicts slowdown in regional economies

The Barbados-based Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) is predicting slower growth for Caribbean economies in 2008.
