Finance Minister Audley Shaw will headline 'Investment '08', an annual forum on the markets and the economy hosted by financial publisher and consultant John Jackson.

Shaw is expected to speak on the economy, including areas of focus in the new fiscal year.

The investment seminar, set for January 23 at the Terra Nova in Kingston, will also feature Jackson, who will analyse the stock market; Rezworth Burchenson of Prime Asset Management on where pension funds should be looking to invest; and, Century 21's Deborah Cummings, on the real estate market.

Other presenters include Sushil Jain, Jason Morris and Dennis Chung.

Jackson's forum, which is now in its 18th year, is sponsored by the Financial Gleaner, J. Wray and Nephew, Pulse, Palace Amusement, Point Village and Lucozade.
