Motorcyclist killed in crash

A 41-year-old motorcyclist died after the motorcycle he was riding crashed on the Cauldwell main road in Hanover yesterday morning.

He is Dwight Jones of Salt Spring district in the parish.

The Constabulary Communication Network's liaison officer for Hanover reported that, about 5:30 a.m., Jones was riding his CG150 motorcycle along the Cauldwell main road towards Prospect district. On reaching a section of the road, he reportedly lost control of the motocycle which ran off the road into a river. Jones sustained multiple injuries and was taken to the Noel Holmes Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
