Daviot Kelly, Staff Reporter

If you don't drink rum, swish brandy or cannot appreciate the intricacies of a fine wine, then the Terra Nova was not the place for you two weeks ago.

Lascelles Wines and Spirits unveiled its finest liquors (and liqueurs). Every available area of the suite was adorned with the potent potables. There were wines, brandies, gins and even a few beers. Like any good showcase, there was something for everybody. All complemented with tasty finger foods.

Guests out to sample the good stuff included: Tony and Samantha Ray, Warren Castle, radio host Empress, Gregory and Michelle Mayne, Sylvia Bagaloo, Rupert Bent and wife Cindy, Sonja Sutherland-Dumetz, Anthony Bell, Marilyn Bennett and Judith Douglas.
