Ever heard of the term sinfully delicious? It was coined for this roasted hazelnut and white chocolate mousse complemented by Bourdin Anjou Demi-Sec. It is simply too tempting to resist. - Photo by Keisha Shakespeare-Blackmore
Located in the restaurant capital, New Kingston, Mac's Chop House provides a dining experience of a lifetime.
At Mac's your palates will be tantalised with their classic international cuisine. As a chop shop, they specialise in succulent steak that leaves you craving for more. Not to mention their lobster thermador, absolutely divine.
The popular restaurant is owned and operated by Mario Macado, his wife Fiona and son David. David notes that they provide a personalised service complemented by great food. He said that patrons come to Mac's for the whole package. " I hope that during the Gleaner-sponsored Kingston Restaurant Week (KRW), our new guests too will experience the entire package and will dine with us again," said David.
The ambience and great service will surely convince you to make it your home away from home. The warm pink, peach with hints of green and yellow interior provide a cosy feel. Not to mention the lovely orchids depicting a scene of spring. Plus, the white table linen, soft tabletops and comfy chairs will hypnotise you into staying long after the last bite. Their seating arrangement ranges from a romantic table for two tocomfortable accommodations for larger groups. And, afterthe main course, you cannot leave without having one of Mario's desserts, such as the roasted hazelnut and white chocolate mousse, it is just simply delicious!
