REDBONES BLUES CAFé - for the best southern cuisine
published: Thursday | November 8, 2007

For the best in local and international music, and the best in southern cuisine, RedBones Blues Café, 21 Braemar Avenue, is the place to be.

You have the option of dining in two exquisite dining rooms or on the terrace in the courtyard. This former Spanish colonial residence was converted by Evan Williams and can accommodate 100 patrons.

But RedBones Blues Café always has a combo, whether it's dinner and a movie or dinner and live entertainment.

While enjoying delectable southern cuisine of stuffed chicken breast or lamb chops, you can enjoy a foreign film on Saturdays or live entertainment on Fridays. And the entertainment is not all about the blues. Before and after your meal, you can enjoy exhibits in their gallery which range from jewellery to art or pottery.

For this year's Gleaner sponsored Kingston Restaurant Week, all the stars come out at RedBones Blues Café; not to perform but on the menu. Among them will be: delectable salmon with ginger glaze or duck breast with orange sauce, and scrumptious leg of lamb.
