'I could have done better'

"I figured I did well, but could have done better," Melissa reasoned when she spoke to The Gleaner. She gained eight subjects at the Secondary School Certificate and hopes to pursue a career in veterinary science.

At present, she is at the College of Arts, Science and Education, where she is doing an associate degree in natural science.

The ambitions of this past student of St. Thomas Technical High are destined to materialise as she has focused and consistently worked hard throughout her high school years.
