If you want to keep an eye on your home - or even your business - without physically being there, then the latest innovation in close camera television (CCTV) security system is your solution.

The security system, which allows you to monitor your home or business on your PC or laptop from anywhere in the world, is provided locally by Digiview Security Systems, located at the QD & Ace Plaza on Red Hills Road.

"If you already have a PC or laptop, you can simply turn it into a home or office CCTV system," says Jonathan Todd, director, explaining how the security system works.

In addition to allowing you to remotely monitor your home or business from a computer, the system also has the facility that enables you to monitor your home or business via system-specific phones or televisions.

added feature

An added feature of this security system is that it has motion recording that can note activities in and around your home or business for more than 30 days, depending on your PC's hard drive.

If you already have a PC, the CCTV system (comprising four infrared cameras) will cost you US$1,318.16 (including tax) plus installation charges.
