Joe Taffe replaces Wehby as PSOJ treasurer
published: Wednesday | September 26, 2007

Taffe

Senator Don Wehby has given up his position as honorary treasurer of the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica, leaving the trade agency with a vacancy in its officer corps.

PSOJ president Christopher Zacca has advised members, however, that after consultations with the executive committee he has appointed Joe Taffe who will act as treasurer in the interim until the next election of officers.

Taffe is the acting chief executive officer of GK Investments Limited. He was deputy CEO of GK Investments up to Wehby's move into government as Minister without Portfolio in the Finance Ministry.

Taffe's interim appointment gives him a seat on the PSOJ executive committee.
