On this election day, there will be winners and losers. I'd like to say a word of thanks to those who will lose. Without you our democracy would not survive. You play an important part by giving us a choice.

Never underestimate the importance of that. It is not just about winning. It's about giving all Jamaicans the opportunity to play a part in determining the future of our country. Thank you for doing that.
