Cayman nationals missing in Montego Bay

WESTERN BUREAU:

The Montego Bay police are seeking the public's assistance in locating a Cayman national and her 12-year-old son, who went missing last Saturday.

Twenty-nine-year-old Jasmine 'Jazzy' Williams and her son Carlo Webster, left their home in Freeport, St. James, to do grocery shopping about 12:30 p.m. on the day in question, but have not been seen since.

Williams' husband reported the two missing after receiving a text message stating they would be home between Sunday and Monday morning. However, they have yet to return home.

Williams is about five feet seven inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. She is of fair complexion with straight dark hair. Her son is alsoof fair complexion with low-cut straight black hair. There was no information about how they were dressed.

Based on preliminary investigations, the police believe they could be in the Kingston area.

The family, which has lived in the United States for seven years, moved to Jamaica on July 2 this year.

The Montego Bay police are asking anyone with information about their whereabouts to call them at 680-9083, 119, or the nearest police station.
