MIAMI, Florida (CMC):

The Jamaica international Sean Fraser helped Miami FC beat the Carolina RailHawks 2-1 in their United Soccer Leagues (USL) match at Tropical Park Stadium last Friday night.

Fraser assisted on both Miami goals as they registered their third consecutive victory in the USL First Division.

After a competitive first half finished scoreless, Miami delighted their home fans with a two-goal burst within six minutes of the restart.

The RailHawks were down to 10 men just before the break as midfielder Philip Kutsu was sent off for a violent tackle from behind.

Miami FC made them pay and on 49 minutes, Fraser engaged Sean Cameron in a neat one-two combination, Fraser executing a cheeky heel pass behind to Cameron, who then smashed his shot into the back of the net.

Cameron and Fraser combined to set up Miami FC's second goal. They worked a good build-up through the middle and into the box for the 40-year-old Zinho to score his fourth goal of the season.

Zinho, who played on the 1994 Brazil World Cup winning team, collected the ball from Fraser and made it 2-0 in the 51st minute.

Fraser missed a great chance to score his fourth goal of the season a few minutes later.

After Cameron delivered a cross to him in front of goal, Fraser smashed his kick over the crossbar but the Miami coach had high praise for Cameron and the Jamaican following the victory.

''Cameron and Fraser both played a beautiful game tonight,'' Miami FC coach Francisco da Silva Jr., told reporters after the game.
