Former national player Orville Pennant and Victor Barrack scored half centuries for St. Ann to beat Kingston & St. Andrew by 10 wickets, which pushed them into sole leadership of the Red Stripe Cricket Championship.At the end of the fifth round on Sunday, St. Ann lead the standings with 19 points, four more than second place Hanover (15).
Police (12), St. James (10), Portland (eight), St. Mary (eight), Kingston & St. Andrew (seven), St. Catherine Cricket Association (five), St. Thomas (five), Clarendon (four) and Boys' Town (three) are the other competitors.
At Maxfield Park: The hosts, batting first, were dismissed for 129 as only Sidue Hunter (45) made any useful contribution.

In reply, Pennant hit 80 and Barrack 70 as St. Ann declared their innings on 225 for six.
Batting a second time, Kingston & St. Andrew were blown away for 119. Ricardo Dacres took four for 27 and Harty three for 42.
Set 24 to win, St. Ann achieved their target without any trouble.
At Elletson Road: St. Thomas took first innings points from Police.
St. Thomas made 348 for eight declared, with Oneil Wright (60) and Christie Jones (45) making most runs against Renford Bodie, who took four for 68.
Police replied with 314. Bodie made 69 and Marvin James 58 against Wright, who claimed five for 60. St. Thomas were 185 for six when stumps were drawn.
At St. Mary Sports Club (formerly Gray's Inn): St. Mary secured first innings points from Boys' Town.
Boys' Town, batting first, were blown away for 110. Nicholas Thompson top scored with 43 against Andrew Macmillan, three for 29. St. Mary replied with 160 for three declared. Robert Weir led the way with 53 not out, while Donovan Bartley got 47.
Batting a second time, Boys' Town were 25 without loss.
At Port Esquivel: There was no play in the St. Catherine, St. James match.
