Veronica Campbell

Olympic Games 200m champion, Veronica Campbell, headlines Jamaica's entries at tomorrow's Adidas Track Classic at theHome Depot Center in Carson, Los Angeles.

Campbell, the world leader in the 100m event following her 11.07-second victory at the Jamaica International Invitational, will face Allyson Felix, who posted an 11.27 100m and 50.40m (world leading) 400m double at the Qatar IAAF World Super Tour meeting two Fridays ago.

Rachelle Smith, Muna Lee, The Bahamas' Debbie Ferguson, Me'Lisa Barber, Torri Edwards and Angela Daigle-Bowen complete the field.

Senior debut

In the women's 400m, teenager Sonita Sutherland will make her senior debut on the circuit and will face Ana Guevara of Mexico, the 2003 World 400m champion, 2004 U.S. Olympic 4x400m gold medallists Dee Dee Trotter and Monique Henagan, Hazel-Ann Regis of Grenada and Jamaica's Novlene Williams.

Olympic Games mile-relay gold medallist Danny McFarlane will face Americans Kerron Clement, Kenneth Ferguson and James Carter in the one-lap obstacle event.

National 800m champion Kenia Sinclair is down to face 17 other runners in the women's 1500m. Chief among them are Ethiopians Meskerem Leggesse and Mestawot Tadesse, while Korene Hinds is listed for the women's steeplechase.
