issue:Colour me red - my time to die
published: Saturday | May 19, 2007

Ever wake up with tears falling from your eyes? Is this a dream? I've been cut; what is this, blood falling from my side? Something aches within me; is this an unborn child? Who gives us the right to choose? Is a full term worth our while? Cursed is the woman and her unborn child! Rise young lady, you are one of a kind, in spirit, body and in mind! Let others laugh, while you caress the sweet duress of one man's embrace.

The beauty of creation seems lost in translation, as we create our own reality in this world of condemnation. Lightning strikes! The earth is on fire! Man is consumed by his own evil desire! The Almighty is the One that keeps me plodding along. Only He can make this heart strong enough to face the self-proclaimed gods, those whose eyes bleed blood; men without reason, doing their deeds no matter the season. The middle ages are here to stay for herein lies treason!

And it seems those appointed to serve and protect, protect their own interest to the jeopardy of my own. Where are those who say they will lead? The sheep have gone astray looking for feed! The wolves lie in wait and they fall prey. Wolf,Wolf! This is no joke, not the story of the boy who falsely spoke. Where is my shepherd to rescue me from this choke? I begin to cry. What is this, blood falling from my side? This is no dream, it's my time to die.
