Among the changes are: a remodelled waiting area, new computers and revised operational procedures that expedite processing time for members' requests.
Joereen McLean, general manager, commented: "These changes have augmented our capability to offer even better service and have been well received by our members. It is noted that the physical enhancement adds tremendous comfort and the added equipment has drastically reduced waiting time."
AGM on June 23
With regard to the upcoming annual general meeting on Saturday, June 23, Mrs. McLean has issued an urgent appeal to the Postal Coop membership to volunteer for service in a variety of ways: on committees, as directors, as focus team leaders, contributing their entrepreneurial skills, and to assist on the day of the AGM.
