AirJ adding Sunday flights to Curaçao
published: Tuesday | February 20, 2007

Air Jamaica will, in a matter of weeks, introduce Sunday flights to Curaçao, the airline said Friday.

"This is a direct response to increased demand especially from the local business community as well as travel agents in North America wishing to sell Curaçao through the Montego Bay hub," said an Air Jamaica release.

The airline, which already flies to Curaçao two days per week, will add the Sunday run starting March 11.

Air Jamaica operates some 270 flights weekly to and from cities in the Caribbean, North America and the United Kingdom.

It flies to seven Caribbean countries, including direct service to Barbados, St. Lucia and Grenada from New York.
